The opening date is quickly approaching on the 400,000 square foot mega shopping mall in Pooler, Georgia.  Tanger Outlets Mall will hold their Grand Opening on April 15, 2015 at 10:00 am.

The $200 million dollar project is said to bring 900+ new jobs to the Savannah area.  In fact, there is a job fair for the new outlet mall on Wednesday, Feb. 25th from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Coastal Georgia Center in Savannah.  

Expansion plans are already in the works, with opportunities to take the Tanger Outlets Mall in Pooler to over one million square feet.  

Here is the full list of stores already announced: Fossil, Nautica, Lucky Jeans, Polo, Gap, G.H. Bass, New York & Co., Travel Pro, Torrid, Asics, Dress Barn, Loft, Chico’s, Wilson’s Leather, Cosmetic’s Co. Store, Columbia Sportswear, Johnson & Murphy, Sperry, White House Black Market, Brooks Brothers, J. Crew, Elie Tahari, Karen Millen, Coach,Ann Taylor, Michael Kors, Banana Republic, Express, Abercrombie & Fitch, Tommy Hilfiger, Old Navy, Claire’s, Starbucks, Godiva, Gymboree, Justice, Stride Rite, Crocs, Kitchen Collection, Merrell, Savannah Candies, Disney, DXL, and Sunglass Warehouse.

Commercial development is sure to continue in the Pooler area over the next few years.  The booming community will also be home to a new water park this summer.
