Cumberland Point: Country and Convenient

For those looking for a more quiet, country atmosphere that is still convenient to
modern amenities, Cumberland Point fits the bill. Located opposite Pooler off of
Benton Boulevard, this community is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of
Pooler Parkway to accommodate those looking for country living, but close enough
to make it convenient to get to shopping, restaurants, and Savannah/Hilton Head
International Airport. Cumberland Point is also close to Interstate 95 and Interstate
16, just a short drive to downtown Savannah’s historical charms as well as Tybee
and Hilton Head Islands. Homes in this neighborhood start in the upper $100s, and
are built by one of the area’s premier homebuilders, Landmark 24 Homes. Several
different home plans are available to residents, ranging from 1,600 square feet to
4,000 square feet, accommodating both individuals and families. Plans are also
customizable, giving the owner carte blanche to create the custom home of their
dreams. Choose from 3, 4, or 5 bedroom plans. The Spring Valley Plan is a perfect
starter home split floor plan, with an open concept great room and kitchen and twocar
garage. For larger families or residents who want more space, the Waverly plan
offers over 4,000 square feet with a formal dining room, huge upstairs master
bedroom with sitting room, and an upstairs game room. The plan is made even more
desirable with an impressive 4.5 bathrooms.
Not only is Cumberland Point convenient to Pooler and Savannah attractions, but
the neighborhood also includes it’s own array of amenities. Convenient country
living in this neighborhood offers all the perks while remaining off the beaten path.
Spacious yards are great for entertaining guests, playing with the kids, or throwing a
Frisbee with the dog. Perfect for families, Cumberland Point boasts a resort-style
pool complete with water slides, walking trails, and a playground that any kid would
enjoy. If relaxation is preferred, Cumberland Point also has a Grand Lodge
Clubhouse, tennis courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. All of these modern
amenities are available to residents for only around $500 a year in Homeowner’s
Association fees.
Cumberland Point is the perfect place to live, offering relaxing, country living
coupled with modern amenities, while still remaining convenient to the area’s local
